Business, Communication, and UX Studies

Through my education at Cornell University, along with my post-grad job in Customer and Operations consulting at KPMG, I have participated in project and research assignments that have deepened my understanding of communication in various social, theoretical, and interpersonal contexts. This page highlights some of my work in business communications, marketing, and UI/UX design.

*Due to client confidentiality, I am not able to display my most recent project experiences from my role at KPMG.

This includes projects related to customer experience, voice of the customer, self-service capability assessment, enterprise architecture, and governance. Please get in touch with me and I would be happy to provide further details on these experiences!
